By accessing or using the services of CoreWealthPay, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.
2. Account Registration
To use certain features of our services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Banking Services
CoreWealthPay provides various banking services including but not limited to checking accounts, savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and investment services. All banking services are subject to applicable federal and state regulations. Specific terms for each product or service may be provided separately.
4. Electronic Communications
By creating an account, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including emails, text messages, and notifications through our mobile app. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
5. Fees and Charges
Certain services may be subject to fees and charges as described in our fee schedule. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time with appropriate notice. You are responsible for all fees associated with your accounts and services.
6. Prohibited Activities
You may not use our services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws. You agree not to engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other criminal activity through your accounts. We reserve the right to report suspicious activity to appropriate authorities.
7. Limitation of Liability
CoreWealthPay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Account Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer service department.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of New York County.
